For this 95th edition, Ford and McLaren will join the Hypercar category, stepping into the fray alongside the many competing manufacturers.

The return of the American carmaker holds a special resonance for every motorsport enthusiast, echoing the legendary duel between the Ford GT40 and the Ferrari 330 P3 in the 1960s. A new chapter in history will be written at the 2027 24 Hours of Le Mans!

Tests: Wednesday 9 and thursday 10 June 2027 / Race: Saturday 12 and sunday 13 June 2027.

Registration for the 2027 event will open in October.
