24 Hours of Le Mans 2023: The Centenary

A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY…
The Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the most expected events for motorsport fans. This new edition is sold out, with a highest number of visitors than ever before. Since its creation in 1923, apart from World War II, the 24 Hours of Le Mans has only been cancelled once and rescheduled four times. Year after year, its emblematic and ephemeral circuit, its atmosphere, its successes and its victories make the Le Mans race a worldwide popular event.

THE MUST-WIN EDITION FOR DRIVERS AND MAJOR BRANDS!
The “race of the century” is set to be a particularly intense and unforgettable one, with a high-level line-up of competitors. Peugeot, Ferrari, Porsche and Cadillac will be back and will discover the new “Hypercar” category. Le Mans 2023 is THE race to win for drivers and major automotive industry names!

THE WEEK’S ENTERTAINMENTS
Several festive events will take place during the race week, including:

• On Wednesday, a large exhibition of prestigious historic cars will be held in the city centre, in parallel with the on-track activities.
• The famous Drivers Parade will take place on Friday, offering spectators the opportunity to see all the drivers entered in the 24 Hours of Le Mans parade through the city centre perched on historic vehicles. A big parade of the most famous cars which have taken part in the Le Mans 24 Hours will also take place on the track on the same day.
• Saturday will end with the “Centenary Show”, an impressive pyrotechnics and drone show, followed by a concert.
